Conference Registration
The
conference is scheduled May 26-30, 2014. Workshops and tutorials are scheduled
on May 26, while a number of optional post-congress activities are proposed for
a fee on May 30. Paper sessions will take place Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Congress Registration Fee Includes:
Delegates are responsible for their own accommodation.
No delegate shall present more than two papers/posters.
Late Registration Surcharge
A late surcharge will be added to your registration fee if you opt to register after 5:00pm GMT on March 15, 2014. We strongly discourage you from registering in person at the Congress venue. The late fee also applies to students. The surcharge helps defray costs for walk-in registration services at the Congress.
Refund Policy
For any cancellations received before February 15, 2014, RSAI will retain 50 Euros of your registration fee to cover credit card and related handling charges. For cancellations received between February 15, 2014 and April 15, 2014, 100 Euros of your registration fee will be retained. For students, 25 Euros of the registration fee will be retained for cancellations through April 15, 2014. For any cancelled workshop, guest reception and luncheon orders, 15 Euros will be retained for cancellations until April 15, 2014. Refund requests should be submitted to the RSAI Secretariat at 2014worldcongress@regionalscience.org. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued after 5:00 p.m. GMT on April 15, 2014.
Congress Scholarships
RSAI will offer a number of scholarships to students or delegates from less developed countries (see list of the countries approved by RSAI), who submit a paper/poster for presentation at the Congress. The awards will be made on a competitive basis. Further information on the Congress Scholarships will be posted at Conference Scholarships. The scholarships consist in a reduced registration rate for the presenting student of the paper/poster.
